Manny Martinez and his team did a great job and were very helpful through my claims process and remediation experience. All of them were very polite and very respectful. This was my first time needing work like this done, so I’m happy I had a team that communicated next steps with me through the process.

This is a great Company with a knowledgeable and helpful staff. We have a beautiful new bathroom and each step was explained along the way. Done by someone who specialized in that stage whether it was tile work, electrical, plumbing, painting, etc. They were very patient about answering questions and agreeing to changes and making suggestions. I cannot say enough good things about United Water Restoration Group. I’ve had to use their services (unfortunately!) twice in the last three months and both times were stellar on all fronts: super responsive, effective, thorough, easy to work with, handled the insurance company great – everything to make a super stressful situation much less of a headache. In the most recent instance, I emailed Adriana on a Friday night… and Oscar and his team were at my house to do their work Monday morning and did another amazing cleanup after a sewage backup/drain clog left my laundry room a complete mess.
